Please read the instructions below 

 

Family Account Login for Returning Users

 

Click . Use the username and password you created during your first registration.

Once logged in, you may click on the ‘Register’ drop-down and register an existing student or click "add a new student", if you want to add another student.  

Note:

If you are logged in but you don't see the "Register" link, go to the bottom menu and click on '"Manage Account". 

To register a second child after submitting a registration for your first child, go to the bottom menu and click on '"Manage Account". 

 

For First Time New Registration

 

Please read and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered. 

IMPORTANT:  You are only registered when ALL steps are completed.  
 

 

Step 1: All students who plan to participate in athletics must have a physical examination every other

school year.  Physical examinations must be performed by a licensed physician,

physician's assistant or advanced nurse practitioner.  Athletes WILL NOT be allowed to participate without having a physical exam in good standing.

A physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years.   Physical examination prior to April 1 is valid only for remainder of that school year and the  following year.  Therefore, for the 2020-21 school year if your last physical was before to April 1,  2019, you need a physical.  An Alternate Year Card is needed if the Physical was between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020. 

ALL PHYSICAL AND ALTERNATE YEAR PERMIT CARD DOCUMENTATION SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A HARD COPY TO THE COACH, OFFICE OR ATHLETIC DIRECTOR. NO UPLOAD AVAILABLE.

Step 2:   Read all information carefully. Your annual signature will indicate that you have read & agreed to abide by what is stated in these documents.

 

 

 

Step 3:  Go the Registration link above and complete the Online Eligibility Forms & Registration Form.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4:  Finally, pay your Activity/Athletic fee. Fees are as follows: High School - $25 & Middle School $20. There is a $100 cap per family (can combine middle & high school students). Please pay fees in the high school or middle offices. 

 

 

You are not completely registered until you have created a user name and

password. You will receive a confirmation thank you message

when these steps have been completed.
